Josiah Wiley brings more than 20 years of experience spanning electronic engineering, product development, technical sales, market development, and business leadership. His career has focused on translating complex engineered products into commercial growth by developing customers, sales channels, product strategies, and long term market opportunities.
He has held senior leadership roles with responsibility for sales growth, product strategy, engineering, and business performance, giving him the ability to engage manufacturers and customers from both the technical and commercial sides of the relationship. Josiah leads Datum's manufacturers representation, market development, and U.S. commercial activities from Atlanta.
Rohit Mansukhani leads Datum's India based engineering capabilities from Mumbai, working in close coordination with U.S. commercial activity to support technically complex applications. A specialist in product development and design validation, Rohit provides the technical depth required for industrial applications, including 3D modeling, engineering analysis, and application support.
By helping align partner technologies with customer requirements, he provides the technical analysis and documentation needed to support product integration and implementation. Working closely with Datum's U.S. team, Rohit helps connect engineering requirements with customer applications and commercial opportunities.
